PASSENGERS, CREW WERE ON WATER SPORTS, SCUBA DIVING TRIP WHEN PASSENGER LAUNCH CAPSIZED

Around 30 passengers, boat crew and instructors had a lucky escape when a passenger launch proceeding for water sports and scuba diving capsized in the sea off Baina on Thursday afternoon. The passengers, crew and staff were rescued by other boats in the area and launches from the Mormugao Launch Owners Association later righted the capsized boat and brought it ashore.
