Monterey Bay, California Scuba Diving -- GoPro HD Hero 1080p

Me and my dad scuba diving off a boat only a couple hundred yards from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Our second dive was actually right over the intake for the aquarium's tanks.

We got to see some seals, lots of anemones, kelp forests, and fish. We saw some otters, but I didn't catch them on camera.

This was my first dive using my GoPro, and subsequently, my first dive using Eye of Mine's flat lens housing (because GoPro's standard case makes everything underwater out of focus).

I know some of the footage is noisy or grainy, that's because the visibility (while good for California coast) was generally poor, so the available light was very low (especially when we were down at 70ft). I brought the footage back to life with some color correction, but it makes the noise in the footage much more visible. I hope to get the GoPro Hero 2 soon, and that does much better in low light.
