The water here is full of silt and also pretty cold for Asia, around 19c or 66.2f
Apparently in the summer months "June-October" the water is warm but I can't speak from experience.
The highlight of diving in Nha Trang is the swim throughs, the marine
life and viz on the other hand are the least impressive I have seen anywhere in Asia.
