Grand Theft Auto V: How to Scuba Dive with the Wet Suit

I didn't say how to get the wet suit until the end of the video. It was 2AM when I made this so I was tired lol :)

You need to complete the mission "Monkey Business" It's a mission where you go underwater.
Check your outfits afterwards and it may be there. If not you have to beat the game.
