Iceland Silfra & Óttarsstaðir | Scuba Diving

I shot most of this video right after my friends and I became dry suit certififed in Iceland. We dove the Silfra (a bucket list dive) and Óttarsstaðir (open sea water). Condition at Silfra were great. However, visability at Óttarsstaðir was not so great.

There were many first's for me:
First Dry Suit Dive
First Dive in Cold Water
First Dive in Kelp Forest

I had a great time. However, I have realized that cold water diving is not for me. I'm glad that I was able to experience Iceland underwater. It's a great country and I hope to visit again.

I shot this using a Gopro Hero 4 Silver (1080P, 60fps, -0.5EV) with Backscatter filters and a Sealife video lights. Edited with FCPX. Topside video was taken with a iPhone 6S, 1080P, 60fps.
