Fresh water in a cavern is much colder than ocean water, even on a hot day. I had to wear a shorties and a full wet suit just to feel comfortable diving these two caverns. It is also worth noting that diving caverns is a bit tricky. You go up an down in depth and we are just following the guide so I am not too sure it is safe as far as decompression sickness.
