The SCUBA Diver Course is designed to provide qualif ed non-diving personnel with the basic instruction and training in SCUBA diving techniques, inspection, search, and underwater procedures to safely and effectively perform as a dive team member and SCUBA diver, IAW approved technical manuals and the U. S. Navy Diving Manual.
