Scuba Videos Tech Diving Old Waddell Dam penetration, what is inside. What you see here was destroyed and it is sad, this took years for these to grow. We have been diving this area, we named location 004, for over a year. Between September 18 2016 and September 30 2016, they destroyed the formations. It had to be a technical diver and that is sad, my opinion worse because we have to train so much. I just hope it was not an instructor. They even collected the formations, took them. If you see anyone with these on display, we would like to know who it is so we can help show the public what a value the divers present in our community.
