PUERTO RICO: ABANDONED PIER SCUBA DIVE WITH TURTLES

Mosquito Pier off Vieques, Puerto Rico is a kickass site for Scuba diving or snorkeling. People usually head here for Mosquito Bay and it's bioluminescent water, but this particular dive site should be put on the list too. Turtles everywhere, and really unique!
