My dive buddy and I diving at Athens Scuba Park in Athens, TX on 1 Oct. 14. This is an absolutely amazing facility to dive. The lake is 100% designated for use by scuba divers. The water is warm, clear, and there are multiple docks for entry. There are also tons of sunken wrecks to explore including two 60ft airplanes, multiple boats, and even a golf cart. Wildlife is a little scarce, but as you see we weren't the only living things in the water. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend you make day of it and come visit this place. Dive Safe!
