Scuba Diving Ras il-Hobs (Middle Finger), Gozo, Malta

Ras il-Hobz (aka middle finger) is a reef pinnacle rising from 40 m at the base to 8 m from the surface. We descend to the 35-40 m level then make a spiral ascent around to the peak observing two large groupers, a host of saddle breams, two-banded breams, and damsels along the way. Just before finishing the dive, we encounter a school of salemas.
