Dakuwaqa's Dream - Scuba Diving in Fiji



Scuba diving in the Fiji islands in the south Pacific ocean. Underwater caves, deep blue clear water, scuba divers, sea snakes, and colorful coral reefs exploding with tropical fish and other marine life.

This footage was shot while working as video pro on board the excellent liveaboard, Nai'a (http://www.naia.com.fj/). Here is a full listing of shots and subjects:

My previous video, "Dakuwaqa's Garden", was cut fast, to the beat of the music, and contained about 100 clips in 5 minutes. This video contains just 8 of my favorite shots from that video, slowed down to 50% speed and cut much longer, accompanied by the ambient music track "Brace For Impact" by Skanoir (http://audiojungle.net/user/Skanoir).

The underwater footage was shot in high definition HDV 1080i 60i with my Sony HVR-Z1P HDV camera in a Light & Motion Bluefin HD housing. The footage was converted to 720p for YouTube using my high quality method:
